Hi everyone was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on what this is that has attached itself to some of my plant life, I'm guessing maybe some form of algae ??

Update after the 50% WC and prime plus stability added. Would just like to say a massive thank you for the info given on here from you guys 👍🏻.
