On the plus side, now they have spawned once though, they are extremely likely to spawn again! :) When they do again, check not only the glass but also on plants as well, as they will lay on leaves of plants like amazon swords etc. Then its even easier to remove as you can just cut the leaf off and ...

Do you still have your shrimp tank thats in your signature? If so remove the eggs from the glass (Use something like a credit card or razor blade to carefully scrape them off) and then put the eggs in your shrimp tank. I've had a good look at the eggs, and they are still attached to the leaves in the Incubation tank. I don't think they were fertilised; I will give them another day. Tomorrow is water change day, and with the level much lower I may find more on the big tanks wall. :-( Sad. What colour are the eggs?

You wouldnt want to be pumping pure RO water back into your tank anyway unless you were using it as a means of topup. You would have the RO water going into a separate container to then mix with other water or additives to get your desired levels and then add that to the tank, typically via a submer...

Yep, but I discard the water once they have been drip acclimated and have entered the tank.
