I have just restarted my Co2 and the drop checker is a nice green colour, it might be just me but the water is saturated with tiny bubbles which I don't think I had previously,
will changing the diffuser make any difference?
This is my diffuser https://www.aquariumgardens.co.uk/aquar ... 2315-p.asp

No a diffuser will always create bubbles in a tank, some crest finer bubbles than others, but still bubbles. It's worth noting a black or dark background will show the bubbles more.
A reactor as a means of co2 injection can be the better option, however they come with there own negatives.
I use inline atomisers, there is still some bubbles but I it doesn't bother me as I find it's the best for co2 distribution.
Just looks at the pro/cons of diffusers vs reactors vs atomisers as all come with positives and negatives.

tbf, the neo ones are probs one of the best in-tank diffusers you can get! The bubbles are seriously fine. The only way you will remove most of them is if you use an inline difuser connected to a canister filter.
