Lymphocystis isn't as rare as it has been in the past, especially with the way neons are raised nowadays, they seem to be more prone than others.

Thanks for the advice guys: sadly nothing has changed, but that also means its not got worse!
The same 2 neons are the only fish showing the white spots, both appear to be perfectly well. One has a white 'gill fin' as before, but the other one with tail spots now has a white tip on its anal fin
I've added 4 doses of Paraguard over 7 days, nothing else apart from water changes, any ideas as to my next move?

Just keep the water pristine, it does sound more like lymphocystis.
