So now the guppies and endler population can grow again. Hopefully, refreshed and healthy.

Looking good Ric :)
Just remember to keep an eye on the guppies/mollies/endlers as they can all cross breed (poecilia species) ;)
Also glad to hear the pearl seems to be doing better, hopefully she will recover fully :)

Thanks.

I know about guppy/endler crosses (and also platy/swordtail). Have never seen a molly/guppy cross, though. If that happens, that would be 'interesting'..

This is not from my tank but from a visit to Kew Gardens. The Princess of Wales Conservatory has a number of tanks, as well as a tropical pond with viewing windows on the side.

Lovely photos, but I actually think your own tank is nicer! Is that a Siamese algae eater in there?

Ah, thank you very much, @Ruth. Yes, it is a SAE. I rehomed a pair of kribs in exchange for that one and an albino cory. Did not realise quite how big the SAE already was. S/he is in there with two ''Netted Algae Eaters'' and they hang out together, sometimes squabble/chase, then all feed together in the same spot. Nice to see the interactions.

I’ve 3 of them, but they are about three quarters that size. They are interesting to watch!

Sorry only just catching up with this thread... really like the idea of veggie skewers! Do you just dunk them in boiling water for a min or so?
