Her gravid spot is red empty and has a little bump on birth canal...

She looks ok from what I can see, is she shop bought? It may just be age catching up with her as you say, guppies dont have long lifespans 2years~ or there abouts

Yeh got her from the shop so I guess she around that age... she still eats and swim around from time to time... I say 75% of the time she at the filter.

Old and having birth problems would be my guess.
Mine do that as they get old.
2 years would be the normal average, nowadays it seems more like 18 months being their lifespan.......

Not moulting.
These are the pleopods, which are used for swimming.
Just keeping itself in good condition - self pruning to look it’s best!😂

It's a female. She's probably cleaning her "bits" off ready for holding zoes.
They do that all the time with zoes (what will be baby shrimp) to aerate them, but do use them for swimming aids when not holding.
