Gold barbs - how much + often should I feed them?
As the title says - how often should I be feeding my gold barbs? Also, what is a good amount per serving for 6 gold barbs? I’ve been following the 3 minute rule, but they’re monsters when it comes to feeding time ?. Oh, and what’s the best food to be feeding them?

They are pigs. I'd variate in quality flakes, pellets, frozen and now and then some blanched / cooked lettuce or spinach.
So protein but also algae / spirulina / vegs.
They will always look hungry (labrador retriever under the fish) but be careful not to overfeed cause of that. It is quite difficult to overfeed the vegs (and keeps them busy).

I’ve just ordered some freeze dried blood worms and other things too, so hopefully they’ll be good!

After feeding a few too many bloodworms to my barbs I thought they were going to explode! Greedy fish.
