Black moss/algae

Hello,

I had some serious green algae issue, i started using AlgExit and it worked, but for the past six months I had this black moss type thing all over, how do i fix it?

Do you have a good flow around the tank?
It looks as though it's dead, being red, and just needs cleaning off?

Yeah, my immediate thought was dead BBA because of the colour.
