cleaning glass?

Water changes weekly.
Glass clean when I can be bothered, but the snails/plecs/otos keep it pretty good anyway.
All internal filters, so (as I have 4 tanks) one each week except for one week when I leave them, just doing water change. The Trigon I just do one sponge at a time so it takes about a year to do them all.

how often do you take out the filter pump and clean that?

Every 5 weeks.
That's when I change the polypad if it's necessary, although I have managed to make them last for around 18 months, just rinsing every week during the water change. The cheaper versions don't last as long and tend to break up much earlier.
