How do you quarantine new fish?

Update, that is crazy they actually really do love garlic, lol. Will it harm them to feed it regularly when they come out of quarantine?

Are you soaking the freeze-dried stuff for at least 20 mins before feeding?
If you don't it takes all the fluid from the fishes' stomach and causes internal problems.
Don't feed garlic too often after quarantine. I just use it every 4 months or so (when I remember).

Ah okay, they just seemed to enjoy the garlic so much. I must admit due to impatience I have been letting the freeze dried tubifex and bloodworm soak for more like 10 mins They actually aren't as keen on the freeze dried bloodworm, I think it might be worth tryiing the frozen stuff. Because I don't get out the house, I'm not sure how safe it is to buy and have delivered through the post though.

Shame Iceland don't do it, they seem able to deliver frozen stuff.....
