I want to upgrade my existing 11W flourescent tube lighting to LED but not sure of the equivalent wattage/Lumens to use. Any help would be appreciated.

I have an aquapet 50l aquarium with lighting built into the hood, when they replaced florescent with LED in the same fitting it went from 11w to 7.

Can you give us some more information on what the tank is, the light fixture type and pictures/measurements if possible? If its a 225mm t5 tube, then you can get retro fit LED's that slot in and work straight away.

Welcome!

Others more knowledgeable than myself will be able to give you more detail, but my recommendation is to get an led set up which is adjustable. You can tweak it to different ranges of colour, and brightness levels, until it is exactly what you want.
