calcium source for snails and Amano Shrimp

What is a good source of calcium for snails and shrimp. The food side is not an issue but I've seen calcium blocks on ebay any ideas folks.

I think I've read on hear you can use cuttlefish. The stuff you normally buy for birds to sharpen their beaks on. You may have to boil it first.

I use sea lime for this purpose.
These rocks are all sea lime.

But sepia shells also work. (From the pet shop for the birds).

Yes, break some off and pop it in boiling water for a couple of minutes. It'll then sink when you pop it in the tank.
