Oscar with white poo

First one I've seen that is white, could this indicate a parasite and should I treat?

He's been here 6 weeks, grown quite well but no where near as fast as the other one I bought with him.
He eats very well. Gets fed a variety of hikari pellets, dried shrimp, frozen shrimp, peas, broccoli, algae biscuits and heron cichlid pellets, alternated on different days.

I have water life sterazin, it says treat on day 1,3,6,8 and 10. Can I water change in between or not?

Each dose is an independent hit so yes you can water change as normal. Leave 24 hrs after a dose, and add each dose at approx the same time of day.
