A question about lighting, if I may? I notice you have used 4 individual light units.
My new salty tank is a 2-foot cube, and I’m also thinking that one light unit in the middle won’t give an adequate spread of light especially since the decor will be higher in the middle. So I’m considering 2 or 4 separate lights.
What type are you using and are you happy with them? Do they give good penetration of light to the bottom of the tank?
