Ordered wood from here, an expensive, big piece and got sent a dirty twig. Raft of excuses there's fires where the wood comes from, every piece is different blah blah. Asked to return as not as described, no return label, had to pay at my expense to return, now having to file a case to get my money back when delivered back last week. 100% avoid this place. Will go back to Charterhouse aquatics, much better.

@PaulVerrall, I've never any issue with them before.
You got images of what you purchased and the dirty wood that arrived?

No, I should of done really, I opened box, looked and sealed straight back up to send back in disgust.
They promised to refund return postage and didn't, also had to open a case on PayPal who refunded me as the store didn't.

Can't comment on Horizon but have used Riverwood Aquatics before for rocks and plants (not wood) - they were good if you need another option, good luck with the refund aquarium wood can be so expensive.
