Apart from this Corydoras aeneus is stuck in a bag, maybe possible mucus from being stressed, I cannot see a lot wrong with this fish.
Can't enlarge your images, can you be more specific.

What are you feeding it? Do you have a group of them (6+)? Is there anything else in the tank that might stress it?
What's the hardness of the water?
Can you get a pic out of the bag as the plastic distorts what might be wrong (it does look like excess mucus though)?

If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it!

As above, doesn’t look like anything is wrong apart from excess mucus layer. Maybe stressed?
I brought them in a group of 3 catfish. Only this one is ill. All other fish are doing fine with no problems.
I only placed the catfish in the bag to be able to take a photo of it because it kept darting away.
I feed the catfish pellets
What would you recommend for treatment ?
Also why does his head looked cracked or is that just the mucus ?
Sorry for the quality of the photos, my camera is old

Larger group for Corydoras for a start.
That's the mucus around the skull plates.
What is your water quality like?
What else is housed with these Aeneus that could be stressing or harassing them?

Corydoras, like to be in a reasonable size group, soft substrate, good water quality and plenty of places to hide.

Agreed, the group isn't big enough and they need a meaty diet as well, so frozen or live if you can get it.
What are the smaller fish that are with them (if the foxes are the only big ones)?
Remind us how big the tank is please.
I'd still like to see a pic out of the bag as it's quite difficult to make out what, if anything, is going on....
