I am expecting very sick or dead Charlie today. This morning he found a dead Skate on the beach, eat the whole carcass and presumably barb as well.
Don't what species it was, he'd consumed the evidence before I could see what exactly he was eating. Just hoping the was no fishing tackle involved either.
He's done it again! :@

On reading threads like this any thoughts of dog or cat ownership evaporate immediately. I'll stick to the fish for now (along with visiting hedgehogs, fox and bat) and hoping Charlie has used up all his bad luck.

Little sod!
Running around like nothing has happened, vet tells us he cannot see or find any issues although his breath is something else at the moment, especially when he burps.

It will have been a ray carcass he found Martin. Either a common, thornback or undulate ray.
Just some stinky protein for the dog. Glad he is OK.
