Re: Can anyone recommend an air pump please?

Put them above the tank, they don't have to work against gravity then and tend to be a lot quieter.

Re: I’ve sinned!! 😱

The glass surfing is quite normal, especially in new surroundings as they settle in.
You've done all the right things with Stability and Melafix, and they should have been quarantined in the shop as already pointed out. :)
They look very healthy. :D

Re: My plec refuses veggies

It may be worth leaving the veg in for two days, I do for my bristlenoses. He/she may then realise it's food...... ;) It won't be a problem if he's ok, but it would be nice to know he's getting extra vitamins and minerals from the veg. With the BNs, courgette seems to be favourite and will last two ...

Re: Fungus or Columnaris?

Why are you doing a daily water change when ammonia and nitrite are zero?
You only need a weekly, or whatever the instructions say on the meds. ;)

Re: New tank

Welcome to the forum. :)
I would suggest that you consider dosing the ferts daily, so split the weekly dose into 7 (or 6 if you want a day without ferts the day you do the water change), that way the plants will be able to use it more easily, and there not be a surplus for algae. ;)
