Re: Stocking advice for 80L Tank

Welcome to the forum. :) All the fish are soft water fish, the cherry shrimp are hardwater shrimp, you'd need crystal reds for soft. Re: Snail Attack!

There's some good points in that and some WOW! ones... Never keep loaches and corys together as the loaches can hurt the corys with their opercular spines, especially when feeding. It also doesn't mention water hardness, just ph (which isn't particularly relevant), and the temperature range is meh -...

Re: Snail Attack!

Where did you see that corys need to be fed that often? I've only ever fed mine once a day (and not every day), they can find anything else from the "micro-critters" in the tank.... Maybe when they're young, up to a month old or so if you're raising them in a separate tank but it will need...

Re: Epistylis

Bettas don't like meds, you have to half dose with them. That won't be helping him at all (it's another reason not to keep them with anything else). Questions to ask when you buy fish:- how long do you quarantine, what are they eating, have there been any comebacks about them, what water are you kee...

Re: Traveling with fish

The filter "munchers" will adapt, but it will take time. You won't be doing a full fish-in cycle. ;)
