Cheers all for the ideas!  I had a little play around and added in a couple of little platies because i thought they'd look like and my betta just isnt interested if he cant catch them at first attempt!  I'll move the heater tomorrow to a diagonal simply because i can't be arsed faffing around tonig...

Rescape ideas!

(Picture below) looking to rescape my betta tank, anyone got any ideas??? I only have very very small live plants and i have no clue what they're called so just looking to see what ideas people may have!

I have a similar tank just a bit longer. I love having my danios in there as they are active swimmers plus my corydora are great bottom swimmers (peppered, bronze, and a panda). 60l was all i could do! I'm planning a big upgrade soon though for all my fish bar the betta. I know he can get big but like i said he hasnt show aggression just yet!

What is it in with, and how big is this "pond"? They tend to end up sucking the protective mucus off other fish and killing them. There is a pearl scale, 4 mountain minnows, 4 mollies (two babies) and a platy. The tub is about 60 litres or so i'd say, lots of room for them all and Terry (...

I have what i believe to be a chinese algae eater. He's about 4 inches long i'd say and not aggressive, just grumpy. I have him in my mini pond at the moment in his log (he loves it) but he just doesn't come out. I would put him in one of my tanks but if he doesn't like a plant then he'll uproot it...
