I released a few fry into the main tank to see how they get on and they have survived the night so I think I will start releasing them all gradually and just keep a few dozen boxed for rehoming

It was either that, or a £500 - £3000+ investment in a inline pond heater so I decided to try the ehiem heaters as I know they are reliable. I have a 150w jager that's more then 7 years old and still going strong

Well I changed my mind. Decided to go for the ehiem thermo control e 400w x2 as recommended by the staff at wharf aquatics. Each heater is rated for 1200L so that's great and should save me a good amount on the electricity bill. Plus I will have peace of mind with the brand and 3 year warranty You ...

Well I changed my mind.
Decided to go for the ehiem thermo control e 400w x2 as recommended by the staff at wharf aquatics. Each heater is rated for 1200L so that's great and should save me a good amount on the electricity bill.
Plus I will have peace of mind with the brand and 3 year warranty

Hi folks. So I've been having lots of trouble with heating my aquarium and I have finally surrendered and decided to buy new heaters. I'm looking at the hygger range with built-in controller. Well now I have 2 lots of fry in there own fry box and also have 2 lots of rainbow cichlid eggs with 1 male guarding both :rofl:

Stephen let me deliver it I have a van with a tail lift and I will help you put it in place.
I usually charge £1.50 per mile travelled and £150 per person.
I will do a favour to you and charge £75 + £1/ mile as someone I consider a friend.

Sorry for your loss. Not sure where you are in the country but I was just discussing today that I might need to move on one of my BN's shortly as they're siblings and whilst I think they're both female I don't really want to risk breeding if I'm wrong. Happy to pass one on to a good home if it work...
