You could do it that way round. Doesn't hurt to try! I think i got 4 options to try. Have front light on for less hours than the rear. Have the rear light on for less hours than the front. OK bud. Even though i had to cut more MC out today cause it had algae on it? I thought that might have been caused by the light which is why i thought reduce time at the front

How many hours are the second light on for currently? Maybe run 2 hours of the front light, 4 with both and then 2 with the front again ( if you are currently running 8 hours ) I'm running both for 6 hours at the moment. So as expected I am seeing algae growth on the plants. The plants that are suffering the most is the Trident attached to the wood in the middle of the tank. Which I guess is where the cone of light is hitting from both lights combined. I will cut out the algae infested leaves and monitor again. If t...

Do any of you guys keep cherry barbs. If so, what do you feed them?
