Stocking advice
#11
If your water is soft then otos should be ok. They are fragile and don't do well in harder water.
There should be enough swimming area, is your 200l a 4' tank? If so it'll be fine. Smile
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! Big Grin

Enjoy your fish, shrimps and snails!

Oto's are like greased lightning. Very fast and quite timid. They need good cover, places to hide away and feel safe. They like a bit of algae on the back glass and rocks n stuff so not the best for a newish tank. Mine ate courgettes for a while then went of fthem for some reason.

They're onto Repashy food mix now, Soilent Green and Super Green but try them on any veg, blanched or cooked for a short while. They have a go at raw red pepper too.
