Hello all
Hi Everyone

I used to have tropical fish as a kid, I never cleaned or cared too much about them.
the only time I remember cleaning tank. I did a proper good job.

Removed fish, Drained 100%, took it to sink and gave the substrate a good clean out with tap water. it came up spotless.

Other than that my parents looked after them and I pretty much ignored them.

10-15 years later and I love fish
I have raised goldfish from eggs that was real fun but they outgrew my 60L

a friend had a pond, so i got rid and got some tropical.

I now have a 300L

5 Neon Tetra
5 Bloodfin Tetra
6 Rummy Nose Tetra
3 Zebra Loach
1 Male Molly (Sadly we lost 2 females about a month ago)
1 Albeno Bristlenose Pleco
1 farlowella (acus i believe)

Interested in feeding live food.
I have started a culture or grindal worms a few days ago (not looking good as the guy sent then second class, but hoping they will pull through)

I want to try and breed bladder snails inside the tank without the Loaches wiping them out.
They already took care of 100s of snails in a matter of days so I'm not sure if thats even possible.

Welcome to the forum. Smile
Trying to keep snails with loaches is a losing battle....use a jam jar or something. Wink
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! Big Grin

Enjoy your fish, shrimps and snails!

All my posts are from a desktop.
Mobiles are way too complicated for me, although I do have one now. Wink

Enjoy the forums !

I used imgur to upload the pics, I put some notes on there if you’re interested.
It's abit of a mish mash of bits I got off ebay, I think I have spent more on fish than the entire setup.
I'm a rate tight arse lol.
Or about even, I did a LED conversion on it with some cheap LED strips that I got off of ebay instead of buying new bulbs and end caps. So I'm working with fairly low light unfortunately.
Anyway heres the link

To everyone else, thankyou for the kind welcome Smile

if anyone was wondering about the worms, I checked the box today and I saw a mite.
But unfortunately I didn't see any worms. It may be a lost cause.
