They do like melon, I popped a square of the watermelon rind in with a bit of flesh still on & the female BN was all over it, all the fish had a go!! I’ve given tiny bits of banana to the goldfish every now & then, they love it, not as much as they like romaine lettuce right enough, I do take the remainder of the banana out (if any left) after half an hour though, I think fruit sugars break down quicker or something along those lines....not sure

Hi,
I tried Mango and my snails and shrimps, soon consumed it. but not a good idea to leave it in over night perhaps. :rolleyes:

Hi,
I tried Mango (quite ripe and softish) and my snails and shrimps, soon consumed it. but not a good idea to leave it in over night perhaps.
