Cheers everyone, currently dosing using the Interpet AIB, more preventative at the moment, just got some new plants in as well, thinking of changing my substrate again soon but will be more for growing plants so any recommendations for good plant substrate appreciated.
Current plant's in tank as follows.
Vallisneria sp. 'Gigantea', Salvinia natans, Cardamine Lyrata, Echinodorus purpurea, Lysimachia nummularia aurea, Echinodorus rubra, Echinodorus tricolor, Cryptocoryne wendtii, Crinum calamistratum, Ammania gracilis, Pogostemon erectus, Rotala rotundifolia, Alternanthera cardinalis, Hygrophila polysperma.
Plants are mainly bought from my nearest Maidenhead Aquatics, they are growing ok but not good enough and slowly and could benefit from better substrate then pool sand.
Then next project after substrate will be a Co2 setup.

Just a quick update as there has been a few changes and more to come, couple of weeks back I rehomed the Starlight Bristtlenose as never hardly seen it out and spent more time vaccing its poop then actually viewing it.
Angels went last week as well, they where quite shy and spent a lot of time at the back hiding in the plants, my large group of lemon tetras and panda corys went today, spent two hours lowering the water to 25% removing all plants and decor and catching the tetras and corys, gave whole tank a good clear out.
So I'm currently stocked at 14% capacity, the remaining fish are staying, the pencilfish are actually grouping and swimming around much more instead of hiding among the plants, I believe the lemons where too boisterous for most of the fish they where very active, constantly spawning and very food dominant generally demolishing the food before the others had a chance. The bolivian rams are doing well no pair has formed yet though but each one has its own little patch, the female Aggazzi fire red is still the little boss of the tank, she will chase the rams occasionally.
So this weekend I will be adding some new fish, I want to add about another 5 Hockeystick Pencilfish and some Neon Tetras, any suggestions for suitable tank mates most welcome.

I'd be tempted to get a small group of whiptails to take the starlight's place and keep your singleton company.
