Been away for 10 days, family visit - part planned, part emergency - and left the tank with a couple of weekend feeder sticks. All fish seemed to be present and correct upon my return, super hungry and the ludwigia and duckweed seemed to have had a growth spurt.
On my travels I picked up an Echinodorus Bleheri (which actually turned out to be two plants). Managed to keep it alive in a bag for 4 days before plonking it into the tank. So today decided to get rid of the ludwigia and replace it with the new plants...
...which makes the whole tank look more open..
Also found an Eheim lily pipe and decided to swap it for my spray bar as I wasn't happy with the way the bar sat at the side of the tank:

Fingers crossed things have settled now and I can just enjoy the tank.
