OK....so it wasn’t the remains of a barb as I just counted 7...but doesn’t look like my female is going to last the day. I noticed she was spending a lot of the evening yesterday up near the surface (but she always did like to try to stay separate from the boys). But tonight she can’t get up off the substrate. I think she might be egg bound but that’s probably just wishful thinking given everything else. Can’t get a clear shot but she looks bloated, eyes look a bit “off”, one possibly a bit cloudy? Bulgy?

Photo isn’t great as I took it during a video. Doesn’t have ich or pineconing.

Lost the female (head/wall) but I do think she was egg bound, possibly due to the Roma being a degree or 2 cooler than the Flex was. She was definitely plump.
So....I reckon my fish like being in groups of 6 🤣. Got to laugh otherwise i’ll quit. Parameters are still on the nose, pH at 6.8, 0/0.

Sorry for all your losses. It does make you want to give up but tomorrow will be better. Boris has decreed the ideal number is six and isn't he always right?
