Thank you for your kind words it's much appreciated.
Yes I'm doing OK considering. 👍 I'm just trying to keep busy.
As for the tank I'm looking for some advice regarding the cycle, I was clearing my ammonia every 24 hours and my nitrite was a out 4ppm + . Last night after checking I noticed that there was a little bit of ammonia still showing even after 24 hours.
I checked today and there's still ammonia showing not much as such about 1ish ppm but no nitrite at all.
Any advice on this please 🙏

It's gone down to 6 ish from 7.2 - 7.6
Maybe a pH crash? If so what would I need to do to fix it?

I would do a water change to replenish the KH and then top up the ammonia to 2ppm.

You can do.
Pre-mix it with tank water before adding back to the tank.
The stable level to maintain the pH is 4dKH.
5ml (teaspoon) of whichever bicarbonate will increase the dKH by 1 in 200L of water.
