Looks reasonably normal to me - be careful giving blue rams salt baths. They are more fragile than a lot of other fish.

No it doesnt show he is swimming down all time, has trouble reaching bottom

Does it eat at the surface? Tiger Barbs do that a lot when they’ve swallowed air, but it’s temporary. If not, then it does sound like a swim bladder problem.

He was a hungry bugger, anywhere he could get to the food quickest, surface below, all over, i gave him salt bath and he is in quarantine tank now, i put a pea in there

Yes i par boiled and squashed, i then added swim bladder meds as this did not work, next day he is dead, in the last 4 years i have kept fish not once has any help given for any illness with fish worked, either no-one has a clue or its just too hard to treat fish illnesses, so frustrating
