No expert on keyholes, but judging by the fins and the extensions on the dorsal, I’d say its a male :)
To the tune of “the saints go marching in”:

My gut feeling was a male too, I've had such rotten (or good however you look at it) luck with these from buying a small group, ended up with a breeding pair, gave them to a breeder, then must've been left with males because one was terrorising the other, now just left with this chap, feel a bit sorry for it being on it's own it hangs around with the Bolivians, I probably should rehome it but it's such a nice fish think I'd watching wander round the tank.
