Syphon the water out slowly and pour back in slowly.
Good luck with the water change.
My Honey is constantly making bubble nests which never survive the water change.
By the time I've removed the pre-filter and cleaned the glass, the bubbles have usually dispersed.
He's making a nest as I type but tomorrow is water change day so I guess he'll have to start all over again.

Just make sure you have a big stick to hand while you're doing a water change, I'm sure you'll be safe!

Haha! I'm sure he will be back to making them in a day or two.
Just done my water change too and the bubbles have gone.
Poor lad will have to start all over again
