One of my ten has a black dot on its fin ( the one on its back). He is chasing all the others out of his wee space in the tank! Is that why he’s got a black spot? Is he the boss? Who decided that and how did he know to get a black spot?! Lol!

Lol!

Maybe because he has a black spot - he’s decided to be the boss!

Mine both have black spots on the dorsal, and I have a male and female.
There's a lot of confusion with bentosi and rosy tetras. My notes say the bentosi have the black mark, although a lot of sites say the opposite.....wish I still had my old tetra book...... :(
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! :D

Enjoy your fish, shrimps and snails!

Poor Plankton... All Mums, it seems, have a knack of getting rid of our favourite things...

Yes, I left home, went back a week later to pic up all the stuff I couldn't move at first and it was all binned - all my Marvel comics from #1 on, and all my fish stuff.
To say I was upset is probably an extremely large understatement.

To be honest, I don't know if I could never forgive someone who got rid of some of my prized possessions. I know I've already said it's awful but it's difficult to put into words at how annoying that would be :(
