So last year I managed to acquire 5 Assassin snails which I put across the two tanks in our house, 2 in my daughters tank which had a fair few snails in it and 3 in my 4ft tank.
Long story short, I obviously had at least one male and one female as I now have more than that. Not dozens but a fair few more than I started with!
I just wondered whether anyone would be interested in a some? They’re great at keeping other snails out of your tank and even when they multiply they don’t go mad and look nice.
I’d have to send them in a small package with first class postage but I reckon I could get the postage to a couple of quid with the right reinforced Jiffy bag. Not sure what to charge for them yet. eBay have them starting at around £5 each but I’m not looking to set up a business, up just pass on some snails I’ve grown so I’m sure we can reach an agreement once/if I start looking to sell.
I don’t want to mess about making arrangements so thought I’d post to gauge opinion and demand before I start the ball rolling!

What do you feed them once the rest of the snails have been wiped out? I've only got small population of bladders, which I assumed had died off but they were all living the bottom of the filter canister lol.

To be totally honest, I’ve not given them anything specific. There were a few other snails to begin with but now none. I read that they will also consume fish flakes and bloodworms, I don’t have any other snails any more so they must be eating left over flakes.
They must be happy as they’re are more of them than when I started!

They eat any food the fish dont get, mine often come out around feeding time and happily munch on anything meaty
To the tune of “the saints go marching in”:
Oh fluffy sheep! Oh fluffy sheep! Oh fluffy sheep are wonderful, they’re white Welsh and fluffy! Oh fluffy sheep are wonderful!
