240L Fluval Roma with Oase 600 Biomaster: 1 German red bristlenose, 4 male cherry barbs, 6 standard rummynose, 3 golden rummynose tetra, 9 emperor tetra, 14 cardinal tetra, 2 hengeli rasbora, 3 nerite snails, 1 adult Sulawesi snail and multiple juveniles continually appearing.

Last thing I do every night is switch the tank lights off, there he was last night rasping away on the rocks. First thing this morning, lights on and he's dead
I just don't understand what I'm doing wrong. There were no signs of illness he was swimming about and eating. It seems to happen every time.
Information on these plecs breeding seems pretty scarce they don't seem to breed often in tanks. I can't tell you how disappointed I am.....
