Does this look it would be suitable to use?

Noted it's 25% rather than 10%

looking atth e supplier/manufacturers website I think it probably is.

They specifically call out that "Ammonia is used by aquarists for the purposes of fishless cycling in appriopriate soultion."

I have no idea what all the ingredients are and have nothing to compare it to, but it won't 'arf whiff at 25%!!! ;)
You'll need a small syringe for the amounts required.

I have a 1ml syringe graduated in double decimal steps :)

mikeyw64 why not stick to Dr. Tims, which is guaranteed to be very efective for cycling, and its composition is designed for that.

Hmmm Dr Tims at £2.28 for 60 ml (or even up to £8 on Amazon) or this from The Range , £1 for 500ml

I think I know which I will be buying in future ;o)

Perfume free but I'm guessing that this means it's not suitable. Will come in handy around the house though :)
