I have space for one more tank of substantial size in the kitchen so after Christmas I'm going to purchase a tank specifically for discus. So what ready made aquariums with cabinets are about that are best suited for discus? I'm looking for big litre capacity and good swimming space for them.

ND Aquatics. 200-250l as a minimum seems to be the wide ranging view but the bigger the better. I have mine in a 270l at the moment but it has a leak so moving them once a new tank arrives shortly.

Thanks, I had a look at their website they seem very well priced actually and nice aquariums. I'm liking the look of the 700-800 litre Scandinavian style aquariums. 1100 pounds is pretty good considering the size especially when you compare it to other manufacturers for smaller sizes!

Height is important. At least 2 feet of it. I’d say a minimum tank of 4x2x2.

Just be prepared to wait if you buy from them. My delivery is going to be more than a month late, and that's if they don't cancel it at the last minute for a third time. And don't expect any communication whatsoever. They don't even answer the phone unless you've got a couple of hours to sit and press redial.MasonJ19 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 29, 2020 18:23 pmThanks, I had a look at their website they seem very well priced actually and nice aquariums. I've had good service from them before. I'd guess they're playing catch up from lockdown.

I'd accept that if they didn't quote a lead time of 6-8 weeks and then take double that amount of time. If there was a backlog, they knew about it before I placed the order.

Tell them that your current tank has developed a leak. Should get them moving!
