Got this little fellas just over a week ago his owner couldn't look after him anymore he is a 4year old Lhassa Apso


He hadn't had a hair trim in over a year got him a cancellation last Monday now looks better

@Ruth she is a cracker, I couldn't believe he was the same dog when I collected him after his hair cut, his poor fur was so thick he felt and looked bigger but he is tiny, my sister has a Shitzu and Coco is smaller then her dog.

I’m so glad you have him and are taking such good care of him. They are a very intuitive, sensitive wee breed. He’ll appreciate (in a doggie way) everything you do for him. They know when they are loved! Enjoy him!

He must have appreciated the hair cut, especially in the recent heat. So much easier to cool down

That's the thing with Lhasa Apsos and Shitzus - the size difference. If they're next to each other, I can tell them apart; but just on their own, they look the same to me. Enjoy the new addition to your family

Just got told this week Lily has lymphoma. Waiting for the results of the second biopsy and then look at chemotherapy treatment options.
We do trust our vet. He said without treatment she might have 1, maybe 2 months; with chemo she can have a year of good quality life. So, this is definitely worth exploring.
