I went out for my permitted exercise today, walking through the woods I met this little tree-creeper:

Apparently they are quite common but rarely seen.
Nature is full of wonderful new sights.

The sound of birdsong was wonderful with much reduced background noise from traffic, aircraft etc.

@Mol_PMB cracking photo, I have also noticed about the birdsong, more just when I am in the garden much less noise from passing traffic, there are young kids next door no idea what they are doing all day but they have barely been out in the garden at all so that is also a blessing!
@Martinspuddle lovely pic of the sunrise you must have been up super early for that, was it very cold - it has been hard frost here last few mornings

While I was out in the garden today noticed a small bee behaving a bit like a hummingbird in miniature, properly cute it was, on research turns out its actually a Bee-fly and parasitic as well - so not as cute as first appears, oh well still reckon it was a nice little thing

Far too quick moving for me to picture so you will have to make do with the more obliging trees again

Yesterday morning I got loaded very early at the Hub, roads were completely empty on the way back other than other lorries and so I got home at 3:30 in the morning. Went out with Charlie just after 5:00am. :]
