Fishtales i’m the same. I was gutted selling my 240L and all stock but had no choice. It was *tough* but at least I know they went somewhere with a competent Fishkeeper who could see how upset I was (sent photos the next day to reassure me).
240L Fluval Roma with Oase 600 Biomaster: 1 German red bristlenose, 4 male cherry barbs, 6 standard rummynose, 3 golden rummynose tetra, 9 emperor tetra, 14 cardinal tetra, 2 hengeli rasbora, 3 nerite snails, 1 adult Sulawesi snail and multiple juveniles continually appearing.

Parameters: gH2, kH1, pH7.4 (tap).
Fish fiend since October 2017.

I do not give my fish names.
If I had a single betta then I might give it a name but not for the community fish.
I look after my fish and they are usually in tip-top condition, I anticipate that any new home will also look after them (well I hope so).
If the fish go to a LFS then it is a LFS that I know also look after their fish.
My Corydoras caudimaculatus are definitely going to a good home (respected forum member) ;)
The Corydoras caudimaculatus and Black Widow tetra are the ones that I'll miss most, I do love all the fish though.
I'm only changing most of the fish to add fish that have some colour. If there was a fish that fitted in with my Rio Guaporé theme that would provide that bit of colour then that would be my first option.

Any new fish will be equally looked after and loved.
The new fish will provide that bit of colour that I'm looking for, blue, red, yellow etc.. that's if I can source them. ;)

All the best
