I think it's a worm but what do I treat it with? This is the third time over the past few days it's appeared. No other fish is affected.

Looks like poo to me, but it could point to internal parasite, depending on what you've been feeding, and if it is that white.....

Yes that is their normal food. I think it now could be over indulgence as there's no poo today. It's the only female in a group of five. I had 12 but they were very short lived, no deaths for over 6 months now and these seem to be enjoying life.
