Over the last year I’ve been trying to find some decent Cardinals.I just can’t seem to see any decent ones of a good size and look healthy. The ones I’ve have been tiny with poor colour definition or de formed in some way.Is it because their popular and breed so much.Anyone else found this.?
Thks.

I found the same issue. Eventuality found some from a local breeder via aquarist classifieds.

Hi Moby, I've had this problem with leopard danio, often they are crammed in together at a tiny size with many of them deformed, after months now of keeping an eye out for them, I found some just yesterday that were a good size and all looked healthy, I just hope they are not already old, it helps to visit a good number of shops, but I think you are bound to get this problem with the mass produced popular community fish, good luck with your search.
