Hello my zebra danio went missing I think it was in a slim filter stuck for a day it’s back now but has this on its head can anyone help please

could be damaged skin from where it was stuck. Best thing to do is clean water and possibly some melafix? @plankton @Martinspuddle @black ghost

Melafix can be used in your aquarium without isolating. Its a very mild med which helps prevent secondary infections.
As @fr499y says extra water changes will help keep the water clean and follow the instructions. Just remember to take into account your decor etc (approx 20% of your tank volume) when dosing

Melafix will help if it is just damage.
The pics are unfocussed, so it is hard to tell if anything else is going on as well.
Melafix won't hurt anything in the tank, it just (really) helps with healing and preventing secondary infections, so you don't need to isolate.
