Found them. Not sure they one for an aquarium. Shoaling fish in the wild but too territorial with it's own kind in an aquarium.

Humphead Perchlet aka Humphead Glassfish.
Not often seen in the pet trade these days, about the same size and behaviour as the Indian Glassfish (Parambassis ranga)
