Hi all can anyone shed light on my question, my zebra danio is a funny shape it looks deformed. Also are my tetra carrying eggs TIA

Also it’s swimming about rapid more than it usually does

How much are you feeding and how often?
Also what temp are you running at?
A slightly cooler (than the tank) water change can sometimes encourage eggs to be released

Hi I only feed once a day
Temp is usually 23-24

Cool water change (about 18C) should cause a spawn.
It looks like a combination of eggs and overeating in both cases, although the tetra looks more like a full belly....
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! :D

😀 the tetra have gone back to size today the danio does eat all the food pushes the others out the way

I’d try reducing the amount your feeding and/or the frequency, just incase it is just overeating/over feeding.
