Hi all.
New to the forums.
I have a Silver Hatchet with a large lump below his mouth. I'm hoping someone can help with identifying the issue so i can attempt treating it.
He seems happy enough, no change in behaviour, eating fine but I'm concerned. None of the other Hatchets have any issues.
All help greatly appreciated.
Silver Hatchet with large lump.

Hi, welcome to the forum.
Apologies but I can’t tell from the picture so I need to ask if it’s a snail (you never know), or just something harmless that has stuck to the fish on contact.
If not, it could be lymphocystis, or a tumour… Not much you can do about either of those, although lymphocystis won’t actually harm the fish. Lymphocystis sometimes looks cauliflowery, but can be smooth, and grey.

I don't keep fish, I keep water. Water keeps fish.

Welcome to the forum.
It looks as though it could be fungal, but it could also be either of the things @black ghost has said.....

If at first you don't succeed....
