What these things growing on my leaves?

I have Amazon Sword Plants in my tank and I've noticed a couple of these 'blobs' appearing on the leaves:

What is it and what should I do?

There was a patch on another leaf and it stayed there for about 4 days and then disappeared.

I have Rasboras, Tetras and Cloud Minnows in there, plus some shrimp (Blue and Bloody Mary)

EDIt: they are Bladder Snail eggs, aren't they?

Yes, they are snail eggs.... ;)
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! :D
