Have you added any bioballs or similar to the filter?

I get things like that in my tanks sometimes. I think it might be something to do with the root tabs. I use the ones that look like capsules full of little balls.

I do use the capsules for my plants, I feed a variety of foods, but mostly crushed wafers. I have an external filter which was changed on Saturday, wonder if it’s something to do with pumping the water when it all gets switched on again? It’s still there.

Can you net it out to check it? I think it's probably a fert capsule.....although it looks quite big....

Sorry, dog been poorly. It’s gone, or at least I can’t see it, sorting plants out this weekend so will see if I can locate it. Certainly a mystery x
