Hi, just wondering if anyone has any advice on a bully gourami. I have 2 red dwarf ones but ever since I had them the bigger one bullies the smaller one down to the bottom of the tank. It's still able to feed but is constantly hiding. Would it make it worse getting a couple more? It's a 100l tank and I have 1 algae eater 2 bottom feeders 3 mollys and 8 tiny community fish. Tank water is tested weekly and always shows optimal conditions. It has plenty of live plants including a few that float across surface ,so I'm not sure what to do with him.

If they are both males chances are you would be better off taking one back to where you got it from, otherwise the bulling probably wont stop.
A photo would be nice.

Welcome to the forum. :)
I agree that two males will fight, often to the death, especially in restricted spaces. There aren't many gourami where more than one male can be kept in a tank.
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! :D

Enjoy your fish, shrimps and snails!
