Fish tank is a Roma125 and temperature is 25c . OEM Fluval filter and heater plus a bacteria filter. I have 6 Harlequin, 3 Mollies, 3 Algae Eaters, 3 Armano Shrimps, 3 Guppies, 3 Tiger Tetras and 2 Gouramis.

Are both the gourami male? If so they have probably had a spat, it's just about impossible to keep two males together, and your tank isn't really big enough for one as they need an absolute minimum of 3' to thrive.
More bad news coming I'm afraid....with the mollies, they are very hard water fish and gourami need soft water so are incompatible in the same tank. Mollies also do better if the tank is 4'+ as they have the genetic possibility of getting to 8" (not many do nowadays, but they could/should). They can also interbreed with guppies if you have males and females together.
